Our mission

Brunswick Zebras F.C. is a community based, not-for-profit sporting club located in Melbourne’s inner suburbs that caters for players, members and coaches regardless of gender or background. Our aim is to encourage and develop players so that they have opportunities to realise their full potential, enjoy the game, and learn how to contribute and become valuable team members.

Our Social mission

As a socially minded club, we have a proud history of actively creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for all club members and visitors to the club.

As well as our role in the local community, Brunswick Zebras has a strong committment to support disadvantaged communities in other parts of the world.

In the past we have: sent footballs and playing tops to Aileu in Timor Leste, which shares a relationship with Merri-bek Council; sent footballs to a team at a youth centre in the Shatila Palestinian camp in Beirut; donated senior players ‘fines’ to the Bubup Wilam Aboriginal Child and Family Centre in Thomastown; and raised money for Pay the Rent.
